By booking an appointment or placing an order with Morethanavirgonails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

General Liability

Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after services or from the use of press-on nail products. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, nail conditions, or medical concerns prior to service or purchase.

Service Disclaimer

All nail services are performed to the best of my ability using sanitized tools and professional products. Results may vary based on natural nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare. Proper aftercare is required to maintain the longevity of services and press-on nails.

Press-On Nail Liability

Once press-on nails are delivered or picked up, Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for damage, improper application, wear time, or loss due to misuse or failure to follow provided instructions. Press-on nails are not recommended for individuals with known nail allergies or sensitivities to nail adhesives.

Sizing Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing information. Morethanavirgonails is not liable for incorrect sizing if measurements or photos provided by the client are inaccurate. Refunds or remakes will not be issued for sizing errors made by the client.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of nail services and press-on sets, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed or a service is completed.

Appointment Liability

Clients must arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund. Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for services declined or shortened due to lateness.

Personal Property

Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during appointments.

Right to Refuse Service

Morethanavirgonails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to unsanitary conditions, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with policies.

Acceptance of Policies

Booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or placing an order constitutes acceptance of all policies and liabilities listed above.

Cancellations & Deposits (In-Person Press-On Sizing & Application)

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all in-person press-on sizing and application appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total appointment cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

One (1) courtesy reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Any additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Emergency Situations

Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation is not required. Approval of deposit transfer or rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of Morethanavirgonails.

Repeat Cancellations – Pay in Full Policy

Clients who cancel or no-show two (2) or more appointments will be required to pay the full appointment amount upfront for all future in-person press-on sizing and application bookings.

If a future appointment is canceled or missed after full payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of reason.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the artist’s discretion.
If an appointment is canceled due to lateness, the deposit or full payment will be forfeited.

Service Scope

In-person appointments are limited to press-on sizing and press-on application only.
No manicures, gel, acrylic, or enhancement services are provided.

Acceptance of Policy

Booking an in-person press-on sizing or application appointment with Morethanavirgonails constitutes acceptance of all policies listed above.
