By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or placing an order with Morethanavirgonails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

General Liability

Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after services or from the use of press-on nail products, adhesives, or application products. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, nail conditions, or other relevant concerns prior to an in-person service.

Service Disclaimer

All in-person services are performed to the best of my ability using sanitized tools and professional products. Results and wear time may vary depending on natural nail condition, lifestyle, application method, and aftercare. Proper care is recommended to maintain the longevity of your press-on nails.

Press-On Nail Liability

Once press-on nails are delivered, shipped, picked up, or applied, Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for damage, loss, improper use, improper removal, or reduced wear time due to misuse or failure to follow the provided application and care instructions.

Press-on nails and nail adhesives may not be suitable for individuals with known allergies or sensitivities to nail or adhesive products. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice if needed.

Sizing Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing information when using self-sizing or photo-sizing methods. Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from inaccurate measurements, photos, or other sizing information provided by the client.

Free remakes will not be provided for sizing errors made by the client. If a sizing error is made by Morethanavirgonails during an in-person sizing appointment, the affected nail(s) or set will be corrected at no additional cost.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nail sets and in-person services, Morethanavirgonails does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed or a service has been completed.

If an error is made by Morethanavirgonails, the affected nail(s) or set will be remade or corrected at no additional cost, when appropriate. A remake or correction will be provided in place of a refund.

Lost, Damaged & Replacement Nails

If an individual press-on nail is lost or damaged after receiving your set, replacement nails may be purchased.

Standard replacement nail: $1 per nail
Detailed replacement nail: $2 per nail

Additional shipping charges may apply if replacement nails need to be shipped.

Replacement charges do not apply when a replacement is required due to an error made by Morethanavirgonails.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each Morethanavirgonails set is individually handmade. Because of this, slight variations in design, color, pattern placement, or other details may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Appointment Liability

Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation. Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for services that cannot be completed or must be shortened due to client lateness.

Personal Property

Morethanavirgonails is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged during an in-person appointment.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Morethanavirgonails reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including but not limited to unsafe or unsanitary nail conditions, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, harassment, or failure to comply with Morethanavirgonails policies.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS ✦

In-Person Sizing & Application Appointments

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure applicable in-person press-on sizing and application appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the appointment. Appointments requiring a deposit are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise approved by Morethanavirgonails.

Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

One (1) courtesy reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Any additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.

Emergency Situations

Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation is not required. Approval of a deposit transfer or rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of Morethanavirgonails.

Repeat Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients who cancel or no-show two (2) or more appointments may be required to pay the full appointment amount upfront for all future in-person bookings.

If a future appointment is canceled or missed after full payment has been made under this policy, no refund will be issued.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the discretion of Morethanavirgonails.

If an appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, the applicable deposit or payment may be forfeited.

Service Scope

In-person appointments are limited to press-on nail sizing and/or press-on nail application, depending on the service booked.

For press-on application appointments, light natural-nail buffing and basic nail preparation may be performed to prepare the nails for application.

Morethanavirgonails does not provide cuticle work, traditional manicures, gel manicures, acrylic services, or other nail enhancement services as part of these appointments.
